Lost 16 pounds and loving the energy

Lost 16 pounds and loving the energy

A few months ago I began working for a new client who is a Purium Business Member. Her site promotes a home business opportunity with non GMO food.  I was intrigued by the material and, frankly, need to loose a few pounds.

I am happy to report that I lost 16 pounds doing the 10 day cleanse promoted by the Purium products, and have become a Purium Business Member myself.

The Purium products are all green food. I have done a cleanse before using juices or fresh vegetables. This was my first time using Purium products ..... and what I found about myself was:

-  my relationship to food got transformed, I  expereinced that I don't need to eat something when I crave food
- it is possible to get protein from other sources than meat and still feel energized
- having more than enough energy to get all my work done and still be energized ... without drugs and without eating a "meal"

If you want more information, give me a call at (541) 200-5269.

Ciao, Steu

21st Century Living - Living An Insightful Life

21st Century Living - Living An Insightful Life
I was doing my laundry this morning, IMHO mundane tasks are a great opportunity to open myself to receiving divine wisdom, and came across three nuggets I want to share. They are focused on quantum living.   As far as I can tell,  people aware of these three points are excelling where others might be struggling or losing momentum.

First, a quick definition on quantum living. Science today, in the West, has evolved to the point of understanding that perceptions influence matter.  In The East, they have been aware of this since the beginning of time - plenty of books out there on that. But for Western science, this is a new news. (article)

For the natural people, like me, that are searching their understanding and looking for more harmonious ways of life ... a gigantic step (leap of faith) is assimilating an understanding that thoughts we think create our life: perceptions, emotions that lead to interpreting situations, relationships ....

From my experience, once you have a handle on that understanding (living in that faith), you begin to adjust to it, life takes some wonderful turns ... and some rude awakenings too.

Back to my Sunday morning contemplation while doing the laundry .....

#1 You can only give to others, what you have about yourself

This point is wisdom because, as you live it, you must imbibe it within you, which in turns cultivates a more insightful way to be - that naturally improves living in harmony with all living creatures.

The most clearly I can see this wisdom is in love. The more I love myself, the more love I have to give others. The Beatles song had it right.

- the patience you have with others (home, work, relationships) is the degree of patience you have with yourself

- the beauty you see in others, is apparent to the degree of the beauty you see in your self - your own life.

This wisdom is only apparent by my conscious effort of applying it.  It's not just something I can think about and understand. I must apply it moment by moment. In terms of self development, personal growth .... whatever term best describes it to you ... this kinda inner work is what brings me an improved, tangible, quality in how I feel and think.

#2 The situations in your life are a result of your habits (thinking, emotions)

In my previous post I included a video by the author of The Science Of Changing Your Mind. He has some great research in his book. Thoughts are powerful because they do create your reality. Back in the 70's my mother brought home the Seth books which opened that door to me. There are several ways to begin to understanding the power of your thoughts. One is mentally and his video/book is an excellent resource for that. Another is by expanding your understanding of your emotions. I think Abraham Hicks is a good one for that venue, see her daily quote here. Third method is more of a body, mind, spirit approach and a study group has accomplished tremendous results for me. There two study courses on the left panel of this blog that I use and recommend.

In order to expand your perceptions and free your self from the bondage of bad habits, you must acquire increasing degrees diligence and self love.

"Learn to keep the door shut, keep out of your mind and out of your world, every element that seeks admittance with no helpful end in view." ~ George Matthew Adams

#3 What you "know" is how you live, see, hear

Unless one has found a great teacher or made some deep inroads into their spiritual awareness, for the most part, one spends their life building definitions to expand what they know.  For example, public education teaches us, not how to do critical thinking, but how to assimilate logical interpretations and memorize facts and figures.

For the majority of people today, the quagmire, that is invisible to them individually and collectively, is their thinking tendencies.

"Here is the most significant thing that we want to say to you. It is not important to us what you believe because what you believe is yours to believe. It IS important to us, what we know to be. We have discovered that by knowing what we know, our life is one of joy, and you've discovered that by knowing what you know, your life is one of misery. We just want to explain to you that there are choices." ~ Abraham Hicks video

Life is not a predetermined road map.  We are the only one of us that can be flexible and spontaneous. Living in an openness, so as opportunities present themselves, we respond, not out of habitual complacency, but with a zest for living where we exercise inner courage, in the present moment, to live harmoniously.

Lifestyle: 21st Century Living - Be Present

Lifestyle: 21st Century Living - Be Present
Lately, I have been receiving massive insights and signals that the only clear path forward is being present - focused in this moment.

The notion of 'being present" is counter-culture to my life and much of what I see around me. Geez, just have a conversation with anyone - about anything - and there is very little creation taking place. In my perception, we all just spend so much time explaining this and that. In those kinda conversations I don't feel empowered.

I want my living to be inspired and energetic. Forget the medications and diseases. I want good health and clear vision. In that stream of life there is no one to blame and the only direction is forward. I don't spend time trying to reconfigure the past or change the opinions of another.

Be Present

"You must first have the knowledge of your power, second the courage to dare: third the faith to do so." ~ Charles Hannel, The Master Key System

Personal Power

This is not about the control or manipulation of others. Your power is derived from your own awareness of you. You cannot fake this and it takes time to develop. No overnight sensations in this arena. More than self brilliance or a shiny well spoken ego, we are speaking about recognition. You recognizing your inherent goodness. This is the rub, you have to give up your feelings of self doubt - unworthiness.

Many people talk about it, but looking in the eyes of another you can feel if they are living their power - living in harmony with others with authentic sincerity.

In this world today, you almost always have to bypass what come out of someone's mouth and feel what they are saying ... the life of intuiting.

Face it, we live in a world dominated by negative information and people. To grasp your power, you have to find some wiggle room in your life to just be with yourself. Forgive yourself. Love yourself. Enjoy yourself. Celebrate this time just as it is.

There are a ton of books and help to guide you in this remarkable process. Most important, you have to be willing to just let go of what doesn't make you feel good. And just the simple process of "letting go" can/will take you down thousands of mental rabbit holes.

To bring your self back, just remember that you are focusing on being in harmony with life and enjoying yourself. Are you willing to take that step every day? I am.

Are you willing to change the way you think? If not, stop reading this cause you are wasting your time.

Being brave is not the courage I am talking about here. Courage, in this process of recognizing your power, is loving and enjoying you.

It's that simple.

In the face of all the negativity we live in from society and opinions of others, are you willing to exercise the inner courage to enjoy you, have fun in your life, love yourself?

To be present, at some point in life you have to exercise your will by choice.  That's making a conscious choice to be such and such or to do this and that. You can read all the books, watch all the videos but no new development will take place, within you, until you have the faith to go forward.

About 30 years ago, I was at a turning point in my life. I was living in a new area, going through a divorce that was really rough, and starting a business. To this day, I remember a dream I had. I was in a cavern, underground cave, having fun hiking. All of a sudden, the path took me to the edge of a ravine. I could not see the bottom, it was pitch black.  The way of returning back the way I had come was long and didn't seem to be an option. I was totally focused on getting across the ravine that was about a city block wide - too far to jump. There was light on the other side of the ravine. But, there was no way to cross ... just a lot of empty space.

A voice seemed to well up inside me, telling me .... walk across. .... have the trust and do it ... no one can make you do this .... one step in front of the other .... just walk across. While the words sound simple, the feelings I was experiencing in the dream were profound. I was also terrified.

Finally, after much consternation, I stepped off the ravine and then took another step. To my amazement, I seemed to be walking on air, or on an invisible bridge. While I was sweating profusely from being nervous, suddenly I began feeling the most joyful waves of peace and confidence rise and subside within me - over and over. I did get to the other side of the ravine - slowly, one step at a time - and when I reached the far side I was experiencing myself/life in new perceptions (impossible to put into words) ... and I almost immediately woke up ... still remembering - living the dream.

For me, that dream points to the level of faith we all need to have about living. I think true faith is always within us - we have to exercise it.  True faith doesn't rely on other people or situations to manifest anything. This true faith determines the quality of our life via our thinking because we steer our faith. Either consciously or unconsciously, our thoughts, driven by our faith (or lack of) create the life we live.

Currency RV: Iraqi DInar RV - fact or fiction

Much has been said about if the Iraqi Dinar will revalue, but you won't find the answers in MSM, i.e. the evening news or national magazines.

Two facts to consider ....

1. If the Iraqi dinar WILL NOT RV then why does the UST (US Treasury) allow dealers to sell it ... who are in fact licensed by the UST?  For example, Sterling or MS7 Group.  Sure Sterling was shut down about 2 months ago but not for selling Dinar. They were closed because of tax evasion and civil complaint - there is no criminal complaint.

If anyone reading this post can show me a news clip or article in MSM saying, "the selling of Dinar is a fraud and this is why Sterling was closed," I will buy you dinner and drinks.

2. Why did the US Department of State publish a report that said the Iraqi Dinar will indeed RV?  Here is the link ... look on 14th page of PDF under New Currency, Fiscal and Monetary Policies ...

To stay current on the news and weekly calls go to

As of this date the international rates are....

Vietnamese Dong: $2.xx USD to on Dong

Iraqi Dinar: $4.xx USD to one Iraqui Dinar

Rupiah: $1.08 USD to one rupiah

Zimbabwe: (drop six zeros on 100 trillion banknote) thirteen to twenty cents

Lifestyle: Quality Living? Reinvention Necessary

personal development
There is so much culture in our life that directly influences the quality of our life - if we let it.  All that culture, most of the time, pre-determining peoples thinking and therefore their perceptions.

Culture is what you and I take for granted. What society in general agree on - or disagrees on.  Is it beneficial or not?  I believe it's all in how you choose to interpret it. Life is energy. What you live is up to you. This culture reaches far beyond politics, religion, and public education.

For example, family is a good piece of culture. On TV, in the movies and sitcoms, you get used to thinking about family in a certain way. What a good parent is. What a bad parent is. The traits of a successful household, and so forth.

Digesting the constant waves of information from MSM (main stream media) and the internet, barely leaves time for one to contemplate their own experiences - free of the society's influences. I think this is why so many people end up being confused and bewildered at just living ... why so many people are medicated in the USA.

At an individual point of view, most people want to wiggle free and find their happy place. But, instead of finding the sanctuary of true personal freedom - genuine happiness, a more likely settling point is a favorite TV show, a movie, or the comfort of a personal habit.

Genuine happiness does not rely on another or any outside situation or influence. Genuine happiness is a treasure each person gives to them self from their own heart.

I believe that the divine plan is people being happy. In this day and age, to live that simple quality means living in your world first. Caring for yourself first. And, living in harmony with all living creatures.

Contrary to what we have been taught, money is secondary in life. The primary goal must be to understand our self, live in harmony with our self .... love, abundance, and prosperity will naturally follow.

1. Thoughts make perceptions

Thinking makes something so. Thinking creates what you are and who you are ... what comes out of your mouth.  Unfortunately, in today's culture, we automatically believe something because someone else told us that.  To move forward with living life freshly, you must take the time to sort out your thoughts, which means you will unravel your perceptions. This is an uncomfortable process and there is no prescription or recipe for it. Plus, it takes time, unlike driving through the golden arches for a 'healthy' dinner.

The first step, make a commitment to your self each day to watch your thoughts and being sorting them out.  Choose what to think and what to not think. What makes you feel better? Choose more of those thoughts. This effort takes remarkable diligence to maintain ... and then to live ... than it does to talk about it.

2. Habits become invisible

Some habits are easy to see. Like going to the bathroom when you get up from sleeping overnight. Or, taking the dog for a walk at a certain time each day. The real igniter of your freedom, or lack of freedom, are the invisible habits you have. Like, why you believe such and such about so and so. Or, why do you always feel angry at so and so or when such and such happens?

Remember, it is never about the other person or situation. It is always you. If I get angry when Jayne goes out with another man, then the buck falls in my lap to sort that out and come into harmony.  The joy or anger we experience arises within us. Do you have the courage to be your own teacher?

When you come to realize, the source of your experience is within you, then you have made a significant step on your spiritual path. Taking this step is an expression of true wisdom, cultivating understanding within you to improve the quality of your life, while living in harmony with others.

3. Focus on You, let the world unfold as it may

No one else matters. I remember that sometimes, years ago, when I would receive a great insight about my life ... I would want to share it with my wife or friend. They never truly got it. For a while I felt disappointed or made a silent judgment they were not ready for this 'type of living'.  Actually, it was/is unfair for me/you to judge another in any way. The truth is I had a expectation that did not get met. So what. Let it go and move on. No harm done.

All this is to say, don't let other people invalidate your experiences. If you have an expectation that doesn't get met, are you going to let it invalidate your experience? If so, it's a sign that you rely on others for agreement to believe in yourself. IMHO, there is not much happiness in that exchange.

There is a tangible nectar in trusting your own experiences that no one can give you or take away from you. That kinda living is a different world than the homogenized culture that is so prevalent today.

Your inner courage, developed over time by cultivating your inner wisdom, sustains you.

Gone are the days of having to run around to tell everyone, to explain your life,  so they will agree with what you are living. To live fully in this present time, you must focus in the present moment, which can only be accomplished by honoring your experiences. This honor takes place when you are connected with your heart to recognize that everyone has their perfect place - everything is as it should be.  You are not here to save anyone. In fact, you cannot save anyone. The best effort you can BE is living the wisdom you have found - continue to find - while you live in harmony with others.

Lifestyle: 21st Century Living - embrace change

21st Century Living - embrace change
In my own journey, one powerful method to insightful living is embracing change.

It is easy to get stuck listening to the tapes and 'same ole stories' circulating in the mind. Are you willing to 'let go' of that and move  into fresh experiences?

Keep in focus, that the only true tool one has these days is creative thought. If you have not discovered the power of creative thinking in your life, your journey, then up until now, most likely, you living is truly a vacuum with very little - if any creative energy. Feeling dull and wasted ....  part of the blob without a noticeable impetus for living?

I assume, if you are reading this, then you are either ready to get tuned into the power of creative thought, or you are - right now - having a trustful insight into the only method to move forward ...  using creative thought to propel your living .....

The most growth possible here is 1) realizing you can tune your self, at will, into focusing on creative thought, and 2) acknowledging that you have reached a point in your development where you can distinguish what creative thought is, which is a gigantic step in waking up to your personal power.

..... having gained those insights, the next step is embracing whatever change is taking place in your life by infusing it with your creative thought.

- What do you want the end result to be?

- Where do you want to end up in the situation you are encountering?

- Who is involved in this outcome with you? This one point is not the most powerful - keep that in check ... you can only use your creative thought for yourself - tryng to include anyone else in your results is just horse puckey. Yes, prayer always works with good intentions for those involved. But, don't kid yourself - you cannot impact the life stream of anyone else with your creative thought. At least not at this level. For goodness sakes, just focus on yourself and stop trying to save the world.

Remember, after all, the world is no more than your perception. If all the people in this world, lived the perception that their life was an amazing journey filled with Grace and Love, then our planet would be in a very different outcome right now.

Move forward with baby steps, just take care of yourself - one day at a a time - and embrace change(s) with creative thinking.

Stay focused on yourself ... swim in appreciation that you have consciously received this information.

Hunker down with your inner courage and heed the call to develop who you are right now in peace, prosperity and health.

Freedom Dancing - living your Truth

Freedom Dancing - living your Truth
"Once I have left you go, like to give myself a night of sleep, I don't expect you to have found your 'soul partner' or to immediately act on it, while I am gone. It's up to your own nature if you do something outlandish or 'out of character.' You can all be only your own true aspirations. Otherwise it would not even come up like this. It's okay to appear crazy now and then. Mostly, we have to act appropriately in this world as it is, and yet there are times when no one cares what on earth we do.

During such times, neither should we. Please don't make efforts to 'fit in' like an extra clone you have at your disposal. Break all the rules and create a great disturbance. 90% will see you as totally crazy; 10% will feel grateful for such a sterling example of how to be. Those 10% are worthy to learn something new and expand their consciousness. These are the ones we strive to find, and to leave them all with the pathway to the Truth--Info about the Course and a complimentary Lesson." ~DR Butler

For info and that special lesson, simply write:

What harm could it do to learn what we have to offer? The writings will not bore you, unless you are a boring person. Investigate with an open heart and an open mind what is actually available. Just a few of you, as it has always been, will be totally surprised by what happens as a result.

Love's resounding and compounding

The nature of Love,
is that it never stands still
sometimes to my dismay.

Love morphs at an astronomical rate,
which I have learned in my adventures
with you and yours.

Deeply in my pulsing heart,
Your treasure is nestled.
More enriching then a a soothing fire on a winter's night.

Even when you switched gears,
... just remembering your presence can bring me to tears.

I continue to comprehend,
... Love supremely plants treasures in my Soul.

A collage that fortifies my wisdom,
long after the sparkling presences spread distances.

In my mind with you,
I have spent time
reciprocating and retreating,
.... all so suffocating to the energy of living today.

While our chemistry has dissolved,
I am fond of the treasures you are now.
United, our hearts share a specific synchronicity,
naturally resounding to countless
universes and constellations.

The nature of Love,
is that it never stands still.

Thank you.

Joyful Living By Interpeting Signals

Exploring the noble Truth.

Without swimming in
objective currents.

Each feeling a substantial obelisk,
Guiding but never telling.

I soar without reason,
not tethered by compelling explanation.

The gnawing waves encompass me,
A billion cells singing the glory
of resplendent tailings.

Surreptitiously I am exchanged,
towards the only sprawling abyss
delivering copious contentment.

I pray it will satisfy my ravenous thirst.

The Holy are sending sacred tones.
Scintillating and imperceptible to sensory customs.

Steadfast, I AM, soaking unequivocally
in the Knowing - there is no other.

Trusts: terms that define Trusts and thier functions

Trusts: terms that define Trusts and thier functions
Trusts go by many different names, depending on the characteristics or the purpose of the trust. Because trusts often have multiple characteristics or purposes, a single trust might accurately be described in several ways. For example, is often an express trust, which is also a , and might include an incentive trust, and so forth.

Constructive trust. Unlike an express trust, a constructive trust is not created by an agreement between a settlor and the trustee. A constructive trust is imposed by the law as an "equitable remedy."

This generally occurs due to some wrongdoing, where the wrongdoer has acquired legal title to some property and cannot in good conscience be allowed to benefit from it. A constructive trust is, essentially, a legal fiction.

For example, a court of equity recognizing a plaintiff's request for the equitable remedy of a constructive trust may decide that a constructive trust has been created and simply order the person holding the assets to deliver them to the person who rightfully should have them.

The constructive trustee is not necessarily the person who is guilty of the wrongdoing, and in practice it is often a bank or similar .

The distinction may be finer than the preceding exposition in that there are also said to be two forms of constructive trust, the institutional constructive trust and the remedial constructive trust. The latter is an "equitable remedy" imposed by law being truly remedial; the former arising due to some defect in the transfer of property.

Directed trust. In these types, a directed trustee is directed by a number of other trust participants in implementing the trust's execution; these participants may include a distribution committee, trust protector, or . The directed trustee's role is administrative which involves following instructions, holding legal title to the trust assets, providing fiduciary and tax accounting, coordinating trust participants and offering dispute resolution among the participants

Dynasty trust (also known as a generation-skipping trust). A type of trust in which assets are passed down to the grantor's grandchildren, not the grantor's children. The children of the grantor never take title to the assets. This allows the grantor to avoid the estate taxes that would if the assets were transferred to his or her children first. Generation-skipping trusts can still be used to provide financial benefits to a grantor's children, however, because any income generated by the trust's assets can be made accessible to the grantor's children while still leaving the assets in trust for the grandchildren.

Express trust. An express trust arises where a settlor deliberately and consciously decides to create a trust, over their assets, either now, or upon his or her later death. In these cases this will be achieved by signing a trust instrument, which will either be a will or a trust deed. Almost all trusts dealt with in the trust industry are of this type.

They contrast with resulting and constructive trusts. The intention of the parties to create the trust must be shown clearly by their language or conduct. For an express trust to exist, there must be certainty to the objects of the trust and the trust property. In the USA Statute of Frauds provisions require express trusts to be evidenced in writing if the trust property is above a certain value, or is real estate.

Fixed trust. In a fixed trust, the entitlement of the beneficiaries is fixed by the settlor. The trustee has little or no discretion. Common examples are:

a trust for a minor ("to x if she attains 21");

a life interest ("to pay the income to x for her lifetime"); and

a remainder ("to pay the capital to y after the death of x")

Hybrid trust. A hybrid trust combines elements of both fixed and discretionary trusts. In a hybrid trust, the trustee must pay a certain amount of the trust property to each beneficiary fixed by the settlor. But the trustee has discretion as to how any remaining trust property, once these fixed amounts have been paid out, is to be paid to the beneficiaries.

Implied trust. An implied trust, as distinct from an express trust, is created where some of the legal requirements for an express trust are not met, but an intention on behalf of the parties to create a trust can be presumed to exist. A resulting trust may be deemed to be present where a trust instrument is not properly drafted and a portion of the equitable title has not been provided for.

In such a case, the law may raise a resulting trust for the benefit of the grantor (the creator of the trust). In other words, the grantor may be deemed to be a beneficiary of the portion of the equitable title that was not properly provided for in the trust document.

Incentive trust. A trust that uses distributions from income or principal as an incentive to encourage or discourage certain behaviors on the part of the beneficiary. The term "incentive trust" is sometimes used to distinguish trusts that provide fixed conditions for access to trust funds from discretionary trusts that leave such decisions up to the trustee.

Inter vivos trust (or living trust). A settlor who is living at the time the trust is established creates an inter vivos trust.

Irrevocable trust. In contrast to a revocable trust, an irrevocable trust is one in which the terms of the trust cannot be amended or revised until the terms or purposes of the trust have been completed.

Although in rare cases, a court may change the terms of the trust due to unexpected changes in circumstances that make the trust uneconomical or unwieldy to administer, under normal circumstances an irrevocable trust may not be changed by the trustee or the beneficiaries of the trust.

Offshore trust. Strictly speaking, an offshore trust is a trust which is resident in any jurisdiction other than that in which the settlor is resident. However, the term is more commonly used to describe a trust in one of the jurisdictions known as offshore financial centers or, colloquially, as tax havens

Offshore trusts are usually conceptually similar to onshore trusts in common law countries, but usually with legislative modifications to make them more commercially attractive by abolishing or modifying certain common law restrictions. By extension, "onshore trust" has come to mean any trust resident in a high-tax jurisdiction.

Personal injury trust. A personal injury trust is any form of trust where funds are held by trustees for the benefit of a person who has suffered an injury and funded exclusively by funds derived from payments made in consequence of that injury.

Private and public trusts. A private trust has one or more particular individuals as its beneficiary. By contrast, a public trust (also called a charitable trust) has some charitable end as its beneficiary. In order to qualify as a charitable trust, the trust must have as its object certain purposes such as alleviating poverty, providing education, carrying out some religious purpose, etc.

The permissible objects are generally set out in legislation, but objects not explicitly set out may also be an object of a charitable trust, by analogy. Charitable trusts are entitled to special treatment under the law of trusts and also the law of taxation.

Protective trust. Here the terminology is different between the UK and the USA:

In the UK, a protective trust is a life interest which terminates on the happening of a specified event such as the bankruptcy of the beneficiary or any attempt by him to dispose of his interest. They have become comparatively rare.

In the USA, a protective trust is a type of trust that was devised for use in estate planning. (In another jurisdiction this might be thought of as one type of asset protection trust.) Often a person, A, wishes to leave property to another person B. A however fears that the property might be claimed by creditors before A dies, and that therefore B would receive none of it.

A could establish a trust with B as the beneficiary, but then A would not be entitled to use of the property before they died. Protective trusts were developed as a solution to this situation.

A would establish a trust with both A and B as beneficiaries, with the trustee instructed to allow A use of the property until they died, and thereafter to allow its use to B. The property is then safe from being claimed by A's creditors, at least so long as the debt was entered into after the trust's establishment. This use of trusts is similar to life estates and remainders, and are frequently used as alternatives to them.

Purpose trust. Or, more accurately, non-charitable purpose trust (all charitable trusts are purpose trusts). Generally, the law does not permit non-charitable purpose trusts outside of certain anomalous exceptions which arose under the eighteenth century common law (and, arguable, Quistclose trusts). Certain jurisdictions (principally, offshore jurisdictions) have enacted legislation validating non-charitable purpose trusts generally.

Resulting trust. A resulting trust is a form of implied trust which occurs where (1) a trust fails, wholly or in part, as a result of which the settlor becomes entitled to the assets; or (2) a voluntary payment is made by A to B in circumstances which do not suggest gifting. B becomes the resulting trustee of A's payment.

Revocable trust. A trust of this kind may be amended, altered or revoked by its settlor at any time, provided the settlor is not mentally incapacitated. Revocable trusts are becoming increasingly common in the US as a substitute for a will to minimize administrative costs associated with probate and to provide centralized administration of a person's final affairs after death.

Secret trust. A post mortem trust constituted externally from a will but imposing obligations as a trustee on one, or more, legatees of a will.

Simple trust.

In the US jurisdiction this has two distinct meanings:

In a simple trust the trustee has no active duty beyond conveying the property to the beneficiary at some future time determined by the trust. This is also called a bare trust. All other trusts are special trusts where the trustee has active duties beyond this.

A simple trust in Federal income tax law is one in which, under the terms of the trust document, all net income must be distributed on an annual basis.

In the UK a bare or simple trust is one where the beneficiary has an immediate and absolute right to both the capital and income held in the trust. Bare trusts are commonly used to transfer assets to minors. Trustees hold the assets on trust until the beneficiary is 18 in England and Wales, or 16 in Scotland.[17]

Special trust. In the US, a special trust, also called complex trust, contrasts with a simple trust (see above). It does not require the income be paid out within the subject tax year. The funds from a complex trust can also be used to donate to a charity or for charitable purposes.

Special Power of Appointment trust (SPA Trust). A trust implementing a special power of appointment to provide asset protection features. A settlor who is living at the time the trust is established creates an inter vivos trust.

Step Inside Today

Not really possible to disconnect from
All That Is
which exists within you.

The trick is learning to see
your perceptions
because they always
tell you what you hear.

A formidable task:
unwinding your thoughts
to identify how you
perceive the world.

Living your emotions
from one to the next,
is like skipping rocks
on the water surface.

You dont have a clue
how the rocks will skip or if they will at all.

Arrest your perceptions and notions,
navigating to silence within.

Love is

The Authentic Gift

Invariable I return
to remember that only what I have
is what I am able to share.

Smitten with the allure of
outside circumstances that provocatively
encompasses my forthright attention.

A myriad of distractions,
seemingly so neccessary,
arguably full of importance,
dazzlingly tantalizing.

Some times I am left literally
in an experience of being empty,
dizzy, or feeling lost.

There is a numbness that overtakes me,
I cannot explain or seem to stop.

on a sunny walk,
in the silence of night,
amid a gust of wind,
catching a wave of singing birds,
or taking the capitulating scent of fresh flowers

I feel that familiar echo,
pointing me back,

My inner state.

I rejoice in me.
I love me.
I am content.

Right now,  All That Is.

The authentic gift
for me or for you
is rejoicing in love of contentment.

That I recognize love
is that I can live and share love with you.

Beyond The Motion

Time is just a method to
measure motion.

My Divine, detecting your
presence ignites a robust

An unequivocal melody,
bypassing the senses,

My cup is filled,
even as I sip from it.

You are the
sustaining nectar,
this life.

a journey
in scintillating

Your Love.

I Am Charlie

Hither and yonder,
Every place around the globe is busy bustling,
My oh my, action makes experiences palpable.

Since my teens I've a pesky wondering,
what is everyone working so hard to finish?

If activity is so satisfying,
why is effort spent in becoming numb?

All cultures stuck in a stupor,
committed to stifling opinions
about the right and wrong
of an just an idiom.

The days I wandered so intelligently,
no real inkling ever awakened me,
to the capstone that lies
at connecting within.

It is so obvious now,
the greatest feat
I ever summited
was not an event,
not really a goal,
or even a graduation.

You, My Beloved,
cracked my mental fortress.
Learning how to feel,
I  released my safe harbor,
relocating to my sacred chamber.

You can never tell a soul,
words don't teach.
But, it's the inherent magic
of Love,
that unbundles

Only the experience will set you free.

This unfolding fabric
has room for all,
Enough to last eternity,
Respect and candor are rampant.

Go forth ....
Your friends,
Your neighbors,
Your associates.

Now is the time for Love.
Out with the old and in with the new.
I love you
as you are.

And, I love me.

The Secret Tonight

Comet Lovejoy
The wind is caressing me tonight.
Suddenly I remember how You are,
heartful exuberance.

Dear One, why do I forget thee?
I am surrounded by you
every hour of every day,
So easily I lose You ...
distracted, distraught, suspicious

It takes the scantiest of a second,
to pickup your scent,
intuit your presence,
soak into my heart.

Tis, a great game You play,
this hide and seek with me.

Dear One, you lift me
deep inside,
where wisdom springs
the temporal vanishes.

Without You,
a parching gale inhabits me,
a windowless abode,
an empty trek with a chattering mind.

Sane people look about you.
They are smarter than me.
I only covet residing with You.

Thank You for sharing your secret tonight,
for leaving me tender and juicy, once more.
I bequeath my Soul to You, my Dear One.

One more time, dive me deep tonight ....
