Bernanke says FRB will be Basel III complaint Mid 2013

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke provided updates on the plans of the central bank to determine its final interpretation of the Basel III capital requirements when he testified before a Senate Banking Committee on February 26, 2013.
This comes after U.S. government agencies announced late last year that they were postponing the adoption of the capital requirements in the U.S. They eliminated the previous deadline for beginning the implementation, starting in January 2013, and neglected to set forth a new timeline.
At the hearing, Bernanke indicated the intention of the Federal Reserve to finalize the rules, but did not identify a specific time when this would be done, according to Reuters.
"I can't give you the exact date, but somewhere in the middle of this year," he told the lawmakers present at the hearing. "We aim to be getting the implementation of Basel [III] during 2013."
He added that many of the U.S. lending institutions have already reached the capital adequacy ratios that are needed to be in compliance with the new rules.
The nation may have an easier time meeting the capital requirements since the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision announced earlier in 2013 that it was making the rules less stringent for lending institutions worldwide, widening the number of assets that could count toward the liquidity coverage ratio.

Take refuge in humor - great marriage story

This story about marriage made me left so hard I forgot I was having a funky day.

A man and a woman who had never met before, found themselves assigned to the same sleeping room on a transcontinental train. Though initially embarrassed and uneasy over sharing a room, they were both very tired and fell asleep quickly, he in the upper berth and she in the lower. At 1: 00 AM, the man leaned down and gently woke the woman saying, “Ma'am, I'm sorry to bother you, but would you be willing to reach into the closet to get me a second blanket? I'm awfully cold.” “I have a better idea,” she replied “Just for tonight, let's pretend that we're married” “Wow! That's a great idea!” he exclaimed. “Good,” she replied, “Get your own damn blanket.” After a moment of silence, he farted.
The End

Don't forget to have some fun in these chaotic times

This is a story classic, when you assume.... you make an ass of u and me.

Tonight, I thought my husband was acting weird. We had made plans to meet at a nice restaurant for dinner.  I was shopping with my friends all day long, so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late, but he made no comment on it. Conversation wasn't flowing, so I suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we could talk. He agreed, but he didn't say much.

I asked him what was wrong; He said, 'Nothing..' I asked him if it was my fault that he was upset.  He said he wasn't upset, that it had nothing to do with me, and not to worry about it. On the way home, I told him that I loved him. He smiled slightly, and kept driving. I can't explain his behavior. I don't know why he didn't say, 'I love you, too.'

When we got home, I felt as if I had lost him completely, as if he wanted nothing to do with me anymore. He just sat there quietly, and watched TV. He continued to seem distant and absent. Finally, with silence all around us, I decided to go to bed. About 15 minutes later, he came to bed. But I still felt that he was distracted, and his thoughts were somewhere else. He fell asleep; I cried. I don't know what to do. I'm almost sure that his thoughts are with someone else. My life is a disaster.

911 DISINFORMATION To Be Tried In UK Court Of Law

911 DISINFORMATION To Be Tried In UK Court Of Law
On February 25, in the small town of Horsham in the United Kingdom, there will be a rare and potentially groundbreaking opportunity for the 9/11 truth movement. Three hours of detailed 9/11 evidence is to be presented and considered in a court of law where the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) will be challenged over the inaccurate and biased manner in which it has portrayed the events and evidence of 9/11.

Over the last 16 months, BBC has been challenged strongly by individuals in the UK over two documentaries that they showed in September 2011 as part of the tenth anniversary of 9/11, namely ‘9/11: Conspiracy Road Trip’ and ‘The Conspiracy Files: 9/11 Ten Years On’. Formal complaints were lodged with BBC over the inaccuracy and bias of these documentaries, which, according to 9/11 activists, was in breach of the operating requirements of BBC through their ‘Royal Charter and Agreement’ with the British public. This document requires BBC to show information that is both accurate and impartial. These complaints were supported by the US-based educational charity Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth (AE911Truth), which submitted detailed scientific evidence to BBC to buttress the complaints. The evidence focuses in particular on the confirmed free-fall of WTC 7 and NIST's 2008 admission of this fact. In addition, over 300 AE911Truth petition signers supported these complaints by sending letters to BBC, requesting that BBC show this evidence to the public.

As a continuation of this process with BBC, documentary film maker Tony Rooke has decided to take a personal stand on this issue. People in the United Kingdom are required to pay an annual TV licence fee which is used to fund BBC’s operations. Tony has refused to pay his TV licence fee on the basis of specific anti-terrorism legislation.

Section 15 of the UK Terrorism Act 2000, Article 3, states that it is offence to provide funds if there is a reasonable cause to suspect that those funds may be used for the purposes of terrorism. Tony’s claim is that BBC has withheld scientific evidence which demonstrates that the official version of the events of 9/11 is not possible and that BBC has actively attempted to discredit those people attempting to bring this evidence to the public. According to Rooke, by doing this, BBC is supporting a cover-up of the true events of 9/11 and is therefore potentially supporting those terrorist elements who were involved in certain aspects of 9/11 who have not yet been identified and held to account.

Rooke has been charged with a crime for not paying his TV Licence Fee. However, he has lodged a legal challenge to this charge and has now been successful in being granted an appearance in a Magistrate’s court, where he has three hours available to present his evidence to defend himself against the charge. Tony has put together a formidable team to support him in presenting the evidence, including the following two outstanding 9/11 researchers:

Professor Niels Harrit
Dr. Niels Harrit is a Professor of Chemistry at the University of Copenhagen and is one of the world’s leading experts on the scientific evidence that contradicts the official story of 9/11. Professor Harrit's team of scientists in Copenhagen proved that there was nano-engineered thermitic residue, both ignited and unignited, throughout the dust of the three WTC towers. He led the team and published the peer-reviewed study in an official scientific journal. He is also an expert on the other aspects of scientific evidence indicating controlled demolition of the three towers.

Professor Harrit was interviewed for a major documentary with BBC in 2011 where BBC clearly attempted to harass and discredit him rather than look at the scientific evidence, which was devastating to the official story of the destruction of the Twin Towers. Professor Harrit's team took the precautionary step of recording this interview, as well as the interaction before and after the interview, which clearly shows the harassment and highly inappropriate conduct by BBC

The Meanings In the New $100 Bill - It's Almost Here, Crash Comes first

The Meanings In the New $100 Bill - It's Almost Here, Crash Comes first
As the pallets of new US $100 Bills lay waiting for mass domestic distribution in US Treasury warehouses around the United States one has to feel sorry the Sheeple who can't see what is happening. The US is preparing for a return to the Gold Standard. It is obvious. It is blatant. And it is almost here.

The Hidden Meanings in the New $100 Bill

These bills will NOT be released until AFTER the crash.

As for the latest gold/silver's great news for all Physical metal holders because it both draws attention to the obvious TOTAL control "they" have over the markets AND it means we are closer to the END than we were before the smash. It should also scare the pants off those holding Silver Derivatives such as ETF's, Mining Shares, Silver Certificates, Pooled Accounts, etc. knowing that these forms of silver can be "set" to zero by computer programs and the markets shut down. That is a more likely End Game than a moonshot as there will be no paper winners.

The "Smart Money" should be shifting from all forms of paper silver into the real thing in their own possession at this point. I call it "The Big Shift".

In the long run ONLY physical will survive the coming monetary meltdown.

May the Road you choose be the Right Road.

Monsanto being sued by Farmers $7.7 Billion

Monsanto being sued by Farmers $7.7 Billion
Launching a lawsuit against the very company that is responsible for a farmer suicide every 30 minutes, 5 million farmers are now suing Monsanto for as much as 6.2 billion euros (around 7.7 billion US dollars). The reason? As with many other cases, such as the ones that led certain farming regions to be known as the ‘suicide belt’, Monsanto has been reportedly taxing the farmers to financial shambles with ridiculous royalty charges. The farmers state that Monsanto has been unfairly gathering exorbitant profits each year on a global scale from “renewal” seed harvests, which are crops planted using seed from the previous year’s harvest.
The practice of using renewal seeds dates back to ancient times, but Monsanto seeks to collect massive royalties and put an end to the practice. Why? Because Monsanto owns the very patent to the genetically modified seed, and is charging the farmers not only for the original crops, but the later harvests as well. Eventually, the royalties compound and many farmers begin to struggle with even keeping their farm afloat. It is for this reason that India slammed Monsanto with groundbreaking  ‘bio-piracy’ charges  in an effort to stop Monsanto from ‘patenting life’.
Jane Berwanger, a lawyer for the farmers who went on record regarding the case, told the Associated Press:
“Monsanto gets paid when it sell the seeds. The law gives producers the right to multiply the seeds they buy and nowhere in the world is there a requirement to pay (again). Producers are in effect paying a private tax on production.”

Are Banksters the super class that can never be jailed or arrested? Rolling Stones article ....

Banksters are super class
This is an excellent read, just take time to let is sink in. Based on fact, than Grace there are some real investigative reporters still working.

he deal was announced quietly, just before the holidays, almost like the government was hoping people were too busy hanging stockings by the fireplace to notice. Flooring politicians, lawyers and investigators all over the world, the U.S. Justice Department granted a total walk to executives of the British-based bank HSBC for the largest drug-and-terrorism money-laundering case ever. Yes, they issued a fine - $1.9 billion, or about five weeks' profit - but they didn't extract so much as one dollar or one day in jail from any individual, despite a decade of stupefying abuses

Five Tools to Protect Your Privacy Online

Five Tools to Protect Your Privacy Online
Five Tools to Protect Your Privacy Online

Sovereign Man   Notes From The Field
Five Tools to Protect Your Privacy Online
Feburary 15, 2013

We've discussed many times before--hardly a month goes by without some major action against Internet users... from Obama's 'kill switch', to ACTA, SOPA and PIPA, to stasi tactics against people like Kim Dotcom.

Online privacy is becoming more important by the day. And nobody is going to give it to you, you have to take steps yourself to secure it.

Below are five different tools and services that will get you started:

1. Tor Browser

Tor is a great weapon in the fight for online anonymity as it allows you to surf the web without giving up your location and other personal data to the websites you visit.

The Tor Browser Bundle is the easiest and most secure way to get started; simply download it, and start surfing the web with the Tor Browser. It's available for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Learn more about and download the Tor Browser Bundle here

2. Duck Duck Go

If you want privacy, don't search with Google.

Google store all of your searches to customize ads for you, but even worse, they can hand over the whole list of searches to any government agency that are curious about what you've been looking at for the last couple years.

A better alternative is Duck Duck Go, a completely anonymous search engine that does not store any information about you or your searches. The search results are essentially identical to Google's, so there's no loss of quality.

Search with Duck Duck Go here

3. HTTPS Everywhere

HTTPS Everywhere is a plug-in for Firefox and Google Chrome that tries to force a website to connect in secure mode, thus encrypting your traffic with the website you are visiting. This makes your browsing more secure because it prevents eavesdropping thieves or state-mafia from intercepting your unencrypted Internet traffic.

Download HTTPS Everywhere here

4. Cryptocat

Cryptocat is an encrypted chat that beats Facebook and Skype when it comes to security and privacy. If you want to chat in private then this is one simple solution. It's also open source, which means you can see the full code and be sure there are no government "backdoors" built in.

Read more about and download Cryptocat here

5. Silent Circle

Silent Circle is a new player on the market, but it is founded by "old" players in the security and encryption industry. One of the founders, Phil Zimmerman, is also the creator of PGP, one of the most-used encryption platforms in the world.
Silent Circle is a suite of products offering:

- Encrypted email
- Encrypted video chat
- Encrypted phone calls
- Encrypted text messaging

Silent Circle is the only service on this list that is not free. But having the gold standard of encryption may be worth it for you. It is for me.

Read more about Silent Circle here

Bottom Line

You can set up most of the tools we discussed in 5 minutes. Each of them will go a long way in securing your privacy online.

Do you have a recommended tool or service that should be on the list?
If so, please leave a comment and share it on our website.

Until tomorrow,

Eres amoroso,  te apoyas a ti mismo?
No voy a abandonarte.
