Don't regret regret

Have you ever tasted the kool aid that society provides - don't regret and always move forward?

Do you know that living with no regrest is a sign of brain damage?

Regret means being unhappy with the present moment - thinking that something better is coming along or should have taken place.

We know regret  - right?

Check out this lady's presentation and I bet you are going to learn something fresh. For example, regret has four components: make "it go away, a sense of bewilderment, intense desire to punish our self, and to focus on the same thing over and over.
